Why are Honda parts so cheap

They are expensive because Honda put their logo on the part (as an example for struts, the " Honda genuine" strut is probably a Monroe or KYB strut) which is why it costs so much. Now on Amazon or eBay you can find the same part with the exact same part number as the dealer one for somewhat cheaper.
